Young people tutoring by the youth experts group

On March 26^th and 27^th 2016, in association with the realization of the second annual activities for the project “Sexual exploitation prevention for children in the context of deinstitutionalization”, funded by the OAK Foundation and Medicor Foundation, a training seminar was organized by the Demetra Association, that took place in the Bozhura area, above the town of Sredets.

In it took part young people from the youth expert group, formed within the project, spreading over the regions of Burgas, Sliven and Plovdiv. The topics during the seminar included:

-Sexual exploitation – reasons and consequences;

-Assertive behavior and conflict resolution skills;

-Knowledge regarding violence and sexual abuse. My new friends, help and support, network connected work.

Building of a new network is in store, through which the already trained young people would be able to help their peers for the successful inclusion in their social life and successful realization in all of its aspects.
